Therapy Information

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation for those that want it, this allows some time to ensure this is the right approach for you and to answer any questions you may have.
Each therapy session lasts for 50 minutes, allowing some time afterwards to complete paperwork and to book future appointments.

I am registered with a number of healthcare providers and insurance companies (BUPA, Cigna, WPA, Aviva) if you are paying through insurance.

Coaching Information

Single session coaching lasts for 50 or 80 minutes, allowing some time afterwards to signpost or decide further actions (allow 60/90 minutes).

Payment for your therapy session is required by the day of the session and can be made by card, cash or bank transfer (Bacs).
Costs for individual therapy sessions are between £115-£160.

Costing for teaching, interview and assessment or consultation can be provided based on the requirements of the position.

If your health company is paying for your treatment they will provide you with the information you require at the start of your course of therapy. Please let me know if you will be paying through insurance before attending for your first session.

I require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. It is policy to charge for any missed appointments, however I am aware that things can occur out of our control. Cancellations without appropriate notice (less than 48 hours) will be charged at the full cost of the session.
